Will you be our new intern in project coordination for InfraTech 2026?

You will complete your internship with the team responsible for the InfraTech trade fair, which takes place from 13 to 15 January 2026 in Essen, Germany.

You will support the project coordination both during the preparation phase and on-site during the event. Your tasks will include a wide range of organizational duties, such as maintaining the exhibitor portal, following up by phone on stand designs, and coordinating with suppliers. You will also handle operational questions from exhibitors.

In collaboration with the marketing and communications specialist, you’ll help manage the event program content on the website. You’ll keep track of submitted and outstanding program components. Together with other interns, you’ll also help run the InfraTech social media channels under the guidance of the marketing department - creating content independently using Canva. If you’re experienced with Adobe tools, that’s a big plus!

You are...

... in your third or fourth year of an HBO (university of applied sciences) program in Hotel and Event Management or Leisure Management. You’re eager to grow, solution-oriented, full of energy, and proactive - ready to make this internship a success. Additionally:

You’re hands-on and spot what needs to be done without being told
You have experience working in teams and enjoy putting your organizational skills to good use
