Exhibitor portal
Click here to go to the exhibitor portal. As the exhibition comes closer, here you can find further practical information, register co-exhibitors and deliver your stand design. Only registered exhibitors have access to this portal. In the portal, you will also find your way to the webshop (opening september 1st, 2025) for ordering power and water connections, suspensions, carpet, catering, etc.
Deadlines
- Electricity, rigging, AV and everything else using the order forms by Messe essen - december 1st, 2025 (after this date, subject to a late fee)
- Basic & Premium stand construction - december 12th, 2025
- Luxurious & Exclusive stand construction -december 12th, 2025
- Parking tickets - january 10, 2026

For set-up and dismantling of your stand, the following times and options apply. To see more information about set-up and dismantling, please visit the exhibitor portal.
Set-up days
Saturday, January 10, 2026
07.00 am - 01.00 pm: Delivery of large and/or heavy materials after notifying the organization (mail to [email protected]).
01.00 pm - 08.00 pm: For own stand construction.
Sunday, January 11, 2026
07.00 am - 08.00 pm: For own stand construction.
Monday, January 12, 2026
07.00 am - 08.00 pm: For all exhibitors, own stand building and Standard (Basic, Premium, Luxury and Exclusive). Remaining tasks within your stand can be performed until 08.00 pm.
Early build-up: Only on request at Messe Essen (extra set-up days for a fee). You can find the corresponding order form in the webshop.
Dismantling times
Thursday, January 15, 2026: 5.00 pm - 11.00 pm
Friday, January 16, 2026: 07.00 am - 08.00 pm
