Promo Package
The InfraTech 2026 promo pack with logos, banners, visuals and e-mail signatures will be available in 2025. From then onwards you can bring your exhibition participation to the attention of your network.
Exhibitor Portal/Webshop
Click here to go to the exhibitor portal. As the exhibition comes closer, here you can find further practical information, register co-exhibitors and deliver your stand design. Only registered exhibitors have access to this portal. In the portal, you will also find your way to the webshop for ordering power and water connections, suspensions, carpet, catering, etc.

Set-up days
Saturday, January 10, 2026
07.00 am - 01.00 pm: Delivery of large and/or heavy materials after notifying the organization (mail to [email protected]).
01.00 pm - 08.00 pm: For own stand construction.
Sunday, January 11, 2026
07.00 am - 08.00 pm: For own stand construction.
Monday, January 12, 2026
07.00 am - 08.00 pm: For all exhibitors, own stand building and Standard (Basic, Premium, Luxury and Exclusive). Remaining tasks within your stand can be performed until 08.00 pm.
Early build-up: Only on request at Messe Essen (extra set-up days for a fee). You can find the corresponding order form in the webshop.
Dismantling times
Thursday, January 15, 2026: 5.00 pm - 11.00 pm
Friday, January 16, 2026: 07.00 am - 08.00 pm
