Klimastein by Godelmann Wins the 2024 Innovation Award
In 2024 NRW State Secretary for the Environment, Viktor Haase, awarded the Innovation Award to the groundbreaking concrete paving stone developed by Godelmann, a company based near Nuremberg. The Klimastein is a world first: it can store water and release it during periods of heat, helping to lower ambient temperatures in urban areas.
